Tomato jam is not very common in stores. You can make it easily and it contains no preservatives

Ingredients:
Tomatoes- 7
Sugar- 1 cup or as needed
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cashews- 1 tbsp
Cardamom- 4 crushed
Salt- a pinch
Procedure:
2. Heat water in sauce pan,bring it to a boil. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 or 2 mins. Remove it and peel away the skin, it will come easily. Chop up these peeled tomatoes and add it to a blender. Add cardamom to it and make into a puree.
3. Add this tomato puree in a kadai and heat it.
4. When it starts boiling add sugar and salt. Mix well.
5. Cook for few mins it will turn reddish.
6. Roast cashews in ghee in a separate pan. When the jam gets thick add the roasted cashews and ghee and mix well.
