Masala Oats Porridge / Vegetable Masala Oats

Are you a person who is not able sleep at night without a stomach full dinner?? Paid Gym membership, tried different workouts but no changes in your tummy size?? Please note eating healthy is key for weight loss. Try following this oats porridge diet for dinner that can help you to reach your weight-loss goals

Preparation Time- 10 mins
Cooking time- 20-25 mins
Serving Suggestion: The picture displayed  above is for showcase purpose only. If your concern is to reduce body-weight, just have porridge only!!

Ingredients:

Oats- 1cup
Carrot- 1
Onion- 1
Beans- 7
Garlic- 4 pods
Fenugreek Seeds- 1/4 tsp
Green Peas- 1/4 cup
Tomato (small cubes)- 1
Green chilli- 1
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Water- as required
Salt to taste

For Grinding:

Coconut- 2 tbsp
Cinnamon- 1 stick
Fennel Seed- 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp


Procedure:

1. Prepare all your ingredients.


2. Boil (5 mins) all veggies including fenugreek seeds in a wide pan with required quantity of water.


3. Add oats and required water to the veggies & allow to boil for 5 min (Please stir to avoid burn).

4. Now add the coconut masala paste and allow to boil for 10min.And switch off the flame.

5. Garnish with coriander leaves & Serve Hot.
