An easy and healthy milkshake recipe to give you a quick boost of energy. Pomegranates are packed with antioxidants and vitamins. It is good for summers when we often get drained and tired
Ingredients:
Apple- 1 (remove the skin and chop)
Milk powder- 2 tsp
Milk- 1 cup
Sugar- 3 tsp or more
Ice cubes- 3
Pomegranate- 1
Procedure:
2. Add chopped apple in a blender.
3. Add milk powder, 1/2 cup milk and 1 tsp sugar. Blend them all together.
4. Pour it in to two glasses.
5. Now blend together the pomegranate seeds, remaining milk, sugar and ice cubes.
6. Sieve this and pour it to the glasses over the apple milk shake layer.
7. Serve chilled.
