Chicken curry is a quite common food. This is a simple curry in which chicken is being cooked in a onion tomato gravy. This is so simple and easy recipe made within 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Chicken- 1 kg
Onion- 3
Tomato- 2
Green chilli- 2
Coconut oil- 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Salt
Coriander and mint leaves
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 3 tbsp
Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
For Grinding:
Coconut- 3 tbsp
Almond- 10
Procedure:
1. Take the grinding ingredients and ground it to a fine paste.
2. Take all your ingredients.
3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
4. Add in onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander, mint leaves and sauté well.
5. Add ginger garlic paste and stir well until the raw smell goes.
5. Now add the chicken and mix well, then add salt and all the spices.
6. Add the grounded coconut paste with sufficient water and pressure cook for two whistles.
7. Serve hot.
