Sharjah shake is nothing but a banana milk shake which is commonly found in milk shops. My mom makes it often during summer. It is a refreshing and filling drink too
Preparation time: 5 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Banana- 2
milk- 1 cup
Badam- 5
Horlicks- 2 tsp
Coffee- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 4 tsp
Vanila essence- 1 drop
Procedure:
1. Take your ingredients.
2. In a mixer, put all the ingredients together and grind well for 2 mins.
3. Serve cold.
