Chickpea Vada / Falafel - Indian Version / Masala Vada with Chickpeas

Have you heard of falafel snack? Well its a Lebanese snack.. Very tasty one. Fine.. this vada is falafel's Indian version. I altered few ingredients from falafel snack.. Taadaa!! a new tasty yummy vada i got.. Really it tastes good. You got to try this for sure .

Preapration Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 3-5 mins


Ingredients:
 

Chick peas- 1/2 cup (soak overnight)
Onion- 1
Garlic- 2 pods

Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves



Procedure:


1. Soak chickpeas overnight.



2. Take all your ingredients.



3. Put chickpeas and spices in a blender and make it to coarse paste.







4. Finely chop onion. garlic, curry leaves, green chilli and coriander.




5. Add to the chick peas paste and mix well.





6. Make in the form of vada.



7. Heat oil in a kadai.



8. Deep fry the chickpea vadas.



Delicious chickpea vada is ready to have a bite..
