Cucumber Raita / Curd Raita without Onion


Cucumber Raita is one of the quick, easy and healthy dishes to accompany biriyani or pulao

Preparation time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

Cucumber- 1 deseeded and chopped
Curd- 1 cup
Salt- to taste
Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Mint leaves- 1 tbspn

Procedure:

1. Wash and peel cucumber.

2. Chop the cucumber.



3. Add curd and salt.

4. Mix it all together.


5. Add mint and coriander leaves. Mix well.
