Aatu Kaal Paaya / Mutton Leg Paaya

Aatukaal paaya is a famous and delicious recipe in our place. It is made from lamb"s feet. Cleaning them is quite difficult as we smoke and roast them on fire to burn off the small hair. But nowadays we get smoked mutton leg in shops so it became easy to prepare. It takes a long time to get cooked but will give you a very delicious taste .

Beef Sandwich / Keema Sandwich

Sandwiches are very simple to make breakfast. When you have the filling ready and have a packet of bread then it is a easy peasy recipe. You can even have this as a tea snack too. Kids will love it. I remember when i was a kid, I would ask my mother to make the sandwich without the filling. Just the plain bread with crispy edges. If you dont have a sandwich maker, then no problem at all. Just toast the bread on a frying pan and use the filling. You can also make the sandwich replacing the beef filling with chicken or mutton .

Mutton Gravy with Coconut Milk- Guest Post

This is a Guest Post from Mrs. Dilsha Maqbool.
She is a happy home-maker. Loves to cook. When we asked her a guest recipe for our blog, with all enthusiasm and love, she shared her recipe with us.
Well, when you make Idiyappam you sort of need more gravy with it. To overcome the problem instead of adding water, we add the coconut milk. The addition of coconut milk not only increases the quantity but also the taste. As a result it increases the intake of idiyappam also.. ha ha .
