Jelsar Cuisines - Friends Fun Cooking: We JELSAR ( Jafrin, Erfana, Lamya, Shamila, Anees, Rigana ) are proud to establish ourselves as happy Homemakers. We decided to create this blog to showcase our different cuisines and to increase confidence in all young generation homemakers to overcome the Mageirocophobia. Food is the precious gift of god to all. We live in a world with different countries, cultures, religions, but we all have the craving to eat tasty and different cuisines. Before posting a recipe we do our research and ensure to deliver the best. We share many basic recipes for the beginners especially. Our cuisines mainly depict the tamilnadu and kerala mix (kanyakumari) cooking styles. Come out of all your phobias and enjoy trying our recipes in simple style . Hope you all enjoy our blog.
