She is a mother of two little ones. In Spite of her busy schedule , she voluntarily shared her recipe with us. Thanks a lot for her kindness. This is a very simple to make dish. You can have it as a side dish for rice or can have it as a tea snack too .
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
No of Vadas: 15 (approximately)
Ingredients:
Prawns- 10 to 15
Small Onion/ Shallots- 8
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 string
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Procedure:
1. Clean the prawns well and drain it in a colander.
2. Take all the ingredients except oil in a blender and give two to three pulses without adding water.
3. Mix it well and make into small patties.
4. Deep or shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown color.
5. Its ready to be served.
