Dates and Nuts Ladoo



These ladoos are really healthy and are very easy to make. This ladoo is chewy and crunchy to eat. It's very nutritious so you can give this ladoo as an evening snack for kids. You can also use any of your favorite nuts like almonds, cashews etc .

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

Dates - 15

Mixed nuts - 1/2 cup (I used almonds,cashews and walnut)

Procedure:

1.Take all your ingredients.


2. Dry roast nuts for few minutes and set them cool.


3. To the same pan ,add dates and heat them till it turns soft . Add dates in a blender, set the blended dates aside. Add nuts to the same blender and pulse them coarsely.


4. Mix dates and nuts together.

5. Heat a nonstick pan . Add the crushed dates and nuts in the pan and start stirring them. You dont have to use oil or ghee. keep stirring for 5 mins. At a point the mixture will come together and form a ball. Remove that to a bowl and let them cool a bit.


6.Take small portions and roll them into balls.


Note: 
1. You can store this ladoo in fridge for upto a week.
2. You can add more dates or nuts according to your taste.
