Ingredients:
Carrot- 2 (large, peeled and grated)
Shallots- 10
Grated coconut- 2 tbsp
Green chilli- 1
Salt to taste
For tempering:
Oil- 1 tbsp
Mustard seed- . tsp
Dry red chilli- 1
Curry leaves
Procedure:
1. Take all your ingredients.
2. Heat a kadai and add ingredients for tempering one by one.
3. Add chopped shallots saute for a minute and then add the grated carrot.
5. Once the carrot is cooked add the grated coconut. Mix it well and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve with rice.
