Chicken Kurma / Chicken In Coconut and Badam Gravy


Chicken is one of the best ingredients with which we can make hundreds of recipes. Here I go with another version of chicken curry. This curry will be extremely loved by people those who don't like 2 eat spicy

Preparation Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

Chicken- 1/2 kg
Onion- 3
Tomato- 2
Coconut oil- 2 tbsp
Coriander and mint leaves
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Fennel powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Yoghurt- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

For Grinding:

Shallots- 10
Green chilli- 5
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Coconut- 3 tbsp
Badam- 10
Cashew- 5

Procedure:

1. Take all your ingredients.


2. Marinate chicken with yogurt, green chilli and ginger garlic paste.


3. Take ingredients for grinding and grind it to a fine paste.




4. Heat oil in a cooker add onion, tomato and sauté well.




5. Now add in the marinated chicken along with garam masala.


6. Add in chopped coriander and mint leaves and then add the grounded masala.



7. Mix well and add enough water and pressure cook for 3 whistle.



8. Serve hot.
