Coconut Thogayal / Coconut Chutney


Coconut thogayal is a easy and simple recipe. This thogayal is often made at my home as it goes well with rice, kanji and even with dosa/idli.

Preparation time: 10 mins
Serves: 3 mins

Ingredients:

Coconut- 3/4 cup
Shallots- 5
Dry red chilli- 2
Green chilli- 1
Tamarind- 1 small piece
Salt to taste

Procedure:

1. Take all your ingredients.


2. In a plate, put all the ingredients together.



3. Mix them well with your hands.


3. Add it to the blender and grind to a coarse paste.


4. Serve with crispy dosa or rice..
