Kilangu Odiyal / Seasoned Tapioca / Marchini Kilangu Thalichathu


This is a traditional kerala dish.An easy breakfast cum snack.when served as a breakfast it goes well with fish curry and when served as a snack it will be so yummy with a hot ginger cardamon tea

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Maravelli kizhangu- 1 medium piece
Oil- 1 tbsp
Mustard seed- 1 tsp
Dry red chilli- 1
Grated coconut- 2 tbsp
Curry leaves

Procedure:

1. Take all your ingredients.



2. Cook the kilangu with salt.



3. Drain it.


4. In the same kadai, add oil, mustard seeds, dry red chilli & curry leaves.



5. Now add the boiled kilangu and grated coconut and mix well for one minute.




6. Serve hot.
