Egg Curry / Egg Gravy with Coconut

Want a non-vegetarian curry? But don't have any meat in your fridge? Then egg curry is a terrific and very tasty dish as an alternate. This egg curry is tongue tantalizing dish. Boiled eggs are served with the delicious coconut gravy. Its simple yet delicious .

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins

Ingredients:



Eggs- 5 (boiled)
Onion- 2
Tomato- 2
Green chilli- 2
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish

For Tempering:

Oil- 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 2 spring
Cardamom- 2
Clove- 2
Cinnamon- 1

For Masala:

Coconut- 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Fennel powder- 1 tsp

Procedure:

1. Take all your ingredients.


2. Put the ingredients for masala in a blender and blend well to make a fine paste.




3. Cut your veggies.



4. Take a wide kadai.

5. Add the ingredients for tempering one by one.



6. Add onion, green chilli and tomato and sauté well.





7. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.



8. Now add the grounded masala and wait til it boil.



9. Once it starts boiling add the boiled eggs. Cover and cook for 7 mins.





10. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
