Roasted Broccoli - A tasty cuisine with rich of health benefits. Broccoli's are a favourite veggie for all vegans & non vegans. You all try to include Broccoli as one of the cruciferous vegetables you eat on regular basis and stay healthy
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
Broccoli: 1 normal sized
Black Pepper corns: 3 tsp (freshly crushed)
Garlic: 5 pods (finely chopped)
Olive Oil: 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Take all your ingredients .
2. Add garlic in a hot pan with oil. Saute for 2 mins.
3. Add the broccoli florets into the pan with required salt and toss for 20 min in medium low flame.
4. Ready to serve.
