This is one of the dosa varieties made with puttu flour. If shortage of regular dosa batter we suddenly adopt this as this dosa is easy to make and taste really good with fish gravy or any spicy gravy. This dosa is very light in texture and its good for old people. Give it a try.

Ingredients:
Puttu maavu/ Rice flour - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 handful
Salt to taste
Water as required

Procedure:
1. Take all your ingredients.
2. Take the flour in a wide bowl, add 1/2 cup water and soak for 10 mins.
3. Now add coconut and mix well. Then transfer to a blender and grind to a fine batter in the following consistency.

5. Heat the tawa and make dosa.
6. Flip the dosa to cook on both the sides.
7. Now dosa is ready to serve.
