Ingredients:
Shallots- 10
Drumstick- 1
Tomato- 1
Salt to taste
For tempering:
Oil- 1 tbsp
Mustard seed- 1 tsp
Dry red chilli- 1
For thoran masala:
Coconut- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Green chilli- 1
Garlic- 2 cloves
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Shallots- 10
Drumstick- 1
Tomato- 1
Salt to taste
For tempering:
Oil- 1 tbsp
Mustard seed- 1 tsp
Dry red chilli- 1
For thoran masala:
Coconut- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Green chilli- 1
Garlic- 2 cloves
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Procedure:
1. Take all your ingredients.
2. In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seed, dry red chilli and curry leaves.
3. Now add shallots and drumsticks.
4. Add the thoran masala and mix well. Cover and cook till the drumstick gets cooked.
5. Cook till the water evaporates and oil starts floating on top.
6. Serve hot with rice.
