Ingredients:
Idiyappam - 2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Greenchilli - 1
Egg - 1
Capsicum - 1 small piece
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves for garnish
Procedure:
1. Take all your ingredients.
3. Add salt and ginger garlic paste.
4. Now add egg and scramble it and mix along with the other ingredients.
5. Add the spices and mix well.
6. Add the idiyappam and mix well, then cook at simmer for 4 mins.
7. Finally add coriander leaves.
8. Serve hot.
