Ingredients:
Raw Banana/Plantain- 1
Oil for deep frying
For Batter:
Gram Flour/ Besan- 1 cup
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water- 3/4 cup
Raw Banana/Plantain- 1
Oil for deep frying
For Batter:
Gram Flour/ Besan- 1 cup
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water- 3/4 cup
Procedure:
1. Prepare all your ingredients.
3. Take all the ingredients given for batter in a bowl.
4. Add the water and make into a smooth paste. It should not be too thick or too thin. When you dip the plantain, the batter should coat fully. Adjust water accordingly.
Bajjis are ready to serve. It tastes good with coconut chutney.
