This is a traditional and simple beef fry recipe. With minimum ingredients you can have a tasty beef fry. We especially make beef fry during bakrid and have it along with chukkappam ( yummy snack).
This both together tastes just out of the world. You got to try this for sure .

Ingredients:
Beef- 1/2 kg cut into cubes
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Fennel powder- 2 tbsp
Pepper- 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Coconut oil- 3 tbsp
Salt as needed
Beef- 1/2 kg cut into cubes
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Fennel powder- 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Coconut oil- 3 tbsp

Procedure:
1. Take all your ingredients.
2. Marinate the beef with all the spice powders, salt and ginger garlic paste.
3. Transfer this mixture to a pressure cooker, pour very small amount of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles ( my beef got cooked by 2 whistles). Based on your beef pressure cook accordingly. The meat should become soft to eat.
4. Wait till the pressure all goes by itself.
5. Transfer the cooked beef to a frying pan and cook on low flame till the beef becomes dry.
6. Drizzle coconut oil in the pan and toss it.
7. Cook on high flame for about 3 mins.
8. Beef fry is ready to serve..
