Cabbage Thoran / Muttaikose Thoran

Cabbage is very low in saturated fat and cholesterol and is a good source of fiber. Also it contains folate which is very good for pregnant women. When I buy the whole cabbage, I use them to prepare thoran. Since there will be a chunk of cabbage leftover I use them in spring rolls and noodles. Definitely it increases the stuffing and obviously the taste. But if you have thyroid problems then please keep this beautiful vegetable little far.
