Irachi Petti is a malabar snack made especially during iftar (breaking fast in ramadan). This snack can be listed under starter recipes also. The filling is usually made with chicken, beef or mutton but you can try this with vegetable also. Vegetable cannot beat the non-veg filling in this snack. The steps seems to be many but actually its easy to prepare this snack. Me and hubby together prepared this snack, yes he does the folding part for the snack and im sure you all believe that it's real fun to cook with your partner. Hope you will have great time preparing this along with your loved ones and enjoy the fun with this yummy snack. All the best.
