Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 gm
Onion - 4
Tomato - 2
Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Fennel Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cardamom - 5
Cloves - 5
Coriander & Mint leaves - to garnish
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 1/2 cup
Mutton - 500 gm

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp

Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Water - 1/2 cup
Procedure:
1. Prepare all the ingredients. Make sure the mutton is well cleaned.
2. In a pressure cooker, add 1tbsp oil(@low flame) and sauté the ginger garlic paste till the raw smell leaves.
3. Add the meat and sauté about 3 mins until the meat gets well coated with ginger garlic paste.
4. Add all the ingredients(except oil) and mix it well. Now close the lid and pressure cook it for 5 whistles (3 whistles in high flame and 2 in sim flame).
5.After 5 whistles ; switch off the flame and allow cooker to release the pressure. Make sure the pressure is fully released and then open the lid.
6. Now switch on the flame to boil and reduce the excess water. And then add 1 tbsp oil and switch off the flame.
7. Garnish with Mint leaves & ready to serve.
